# Rebellion: If you are not satisfied with your #Black Shark product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement. Once your package is received and checked to verify that the warranty is still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product(s).
Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. Accessories must be sealed in their original packaging. If the accessory is returned for without reason, then we will deduct the return shipping fee from the returned amount.

Hopeless service in India, don't go for it , my Black Shark device is not working within a month itself and no one providing the service.

My earphone is not working can I get a new one in place of that.. I bought my black shark 2 in October 2019.
Worst experience, No after sales support available. 2 months after buying black shark 2, mobile screen has blacked out. Tried calling customer care but apparently its not functioning due to COVID. Enquired at the authorised service centre in Coimbatore but they have refused to provide service citing that they have discontinued association with the company. Contacted via the support section on this website twice since past 5 days but no one has bothered to reply uptil now. If you cant provide after sales support why do you sell your products.
Thanks for trying to help me, but this method not working to me.
