i just recently purchase BS 2 Frozen silver color in india..!!!... Its not as mention space or not a power full software... no software update... software security patch is 5 April... it's lol moment this phone cost is 50k..!!.. i want to return this product..!!.. must answer..

Don't buy black shark! they are a bunch of cheapskates! my phone litteraly fell apart after barely a year! I took good care of it kept it in the case they gave with it. and my screen just came lose and now they are hiding behind their policy's while it's they who send me this faulty device! I'm sueing them and I advice everyone with a shitty phone from them to do the same. they don't care about their customers once they got your money!

i find it hard to get a hold of anybody for after sales repairs if needed however i am very impressed with the black shark 3 pro i purchased. i understand peoples frustrations with customer care but remember also that covid-19 has affected this majorly. i found contactin xaomi directly if more efficient and helpful with getting results
