Ich kann leider nicht den Google Play-Markt in meinen neuen Black Shark finden und APK's können nicht geöffnet werden.?! Heißt das, dass Smartphone defekt ist?
Werde mich auf eine schnelle Antwort freuen!

Honestly don't buy those warranty services are just lies. When you have a problem thy don't help you, they just try to make you surrend... Really this is the worst after sale service that i have Nevers seen
Customer service is non-existent.
Kept my phone (BlackShark 2) in good condition and the power button just stopped working. Sent it to BlackShark for repair and it came back with the camera not working - BlackShark have admitted their engineers messed up and need to repair it again.
They have yet to collect my phone for the second repair attempt.
The phone developed a fault on Aug 20th - it is now October 13th with no repair in sight!
I will be taking legal action.
Al mio se le daño el boton de encendido y no se consigue, por ningun lado. no existe un lugar donde se puedan comprar las partes, el servicio post venta es un asco.
Dont even trust thème, thé ask you to sens thé phone, ans Shen you sens it even.of.your.supllier tell you that thé phone was.senr they tell you they dis bot received or, blackshark drôle m'y blackshark 2, si they're only robbers nothing more don't trust thise guys
