Return/Replacement Process:
1. Provide clear pictures of the entire parcel: packaging box and phone device box.
2. Submit an application under "order detail" page and follow the steps choosing the service type and filling the detail then submit.
3. After submitting successfully, you need to ship out the broken device. Our after-sale agents will continue the process while you wait for the feedback.

Eigentlich mag ich dass Handy....aber ich hab mir des Handy extra wegen CSR2 geholt....seit ich es habe bleibt es nach paar spielen immer Hängen.... des macht langsam kein Spaß mehr

Customer service is non-existent.
Kept my phone (BlackShark 2) in good condition and the power button just stopped working. Sent it to BlackShark for repair and it came back with the camera not working - BlackShark have admitted their engineers messed up and need to repair it again.
They have yet to collect my phone for the second repair attempt.
The phone developed a fault on Aug 20th - it is now October 13th with no repair in sight!
I will be taking legal action.
